How to share learning with your Education Trainer/Supervisor

It is simple for you to provide your Education Trainer or Supervisor access to your FourteenFish Trainee Portfolio. This also provides access for them to be able to see your viewing and test scores for the FourteenFish learning packages (e.g. AKT, I&R etc).

• When you first sign into your FourteenFish account as an IGPR user, you will just need to check that you are set up with a Trainee Portfolio Preference.
• You can check this by clicking on My account

• And then scroll down to system preferences.

• If the bullet point sits anywhere other that Trainee, change it to Trainee then Save.
  

Once this has been saved you can then set your Supervisor

• Click on Portfolio from the Dashboard.

• You will see in the right hand side, there is a field called Supervisors where it will say Not set - click on this:

• You just need to add their and email address address then click on Invite:

If you are a Trainer and would like to view your Trainees Portfolio

• Login to your FourteenFish account
• You should see the Supervisor's area on the right hand side of your Dashboard
• Trainee names will be listed and if you click on them, you will be taken to their Portfolio (if you have more than 3 trainees, you will just need to click on Go to the Supervisor's Area to view all trainee names)
