RCOphth: FishBase: How to switch between Organisations

If you have access to multiple Deaneries on FishBase, you will need to make sure that you have the correct Organisation set as your current one when searching for / viewing Person Records, including Trainee records.

When you first log into FishBase, you will be taken to your DashBoard, which will list your current Organisation but you will also see this listed on the top of your page, to the right of your name:

If you need to switch Organisations, to view Person Records that exist on a different one to your current one, click on the dropdown arrow to the left of your name and click My Account as shown:

Here you can click on the dropdown arrow in the Organisation field, select the correct Organisation and click Save new details:

This will save as your default 'current' Organisation so and you can switch these back at any time.
