When is an Assessment considered locked?
An Assessment is considered locked once it has been fully submitted by the Supervisor and shows as 'Completed'
Can my Assessment be unlocked?
We have been instructed by the RCGP not to re-open assessments for editing for either Trainee or Supervisor.
Below we have included common requests to unlock them:
-
I have included identifiable information
FourteenFish can unlock Assessments in order to remove identifiable information without the consent of your Supervisor. Please raise a ticket with us confirming the title / date of the Assessment and where the identifiable information has been included. We will then remove the information for you and let you know when this has been done.
- I need to change my Capabilities
Supervisors have the ability to make changes to Capabilities on Assessments up until the point that the Review Period the Assessment resides in is locked at ESR sign off. If you need to make these changes, please send a message to your Supervisor
-
I need to add more information/make changes to the Assessment
To rectify any mistakes/missing information within an assessment, you can either resubmit a new assessment request or you can ask your Supervisor to create an Educator’s Note referencing the assessment and the missing information that you wanted to include.
