Registration

The FourteenFish system is used my many different professions, please follow the below guide once you have registered an account with the system. 

Useful note - if you are creating your first account with us to use the NMC Revalidation toolkit you'll need to make sure that you set your Profession with one of the nurse options, if you're unsure what to use, please use the Nurse option.

Setting the system preferences 

In order to use the NMC revalidation toolkit, we need to make sure that the system preferences are set to show you the NMC toolkit, otherwise you may see other areas of the system that you weren't expecting.

From any page on the FourteenFish system, click the down arrow next to your name in the top right corner, then select My account form the drop down menu:

If your Profession is already set as Nurse as in the note above that's great, but if not you can amend this in the options in your My Account area here:

Scroll down the page to the System Preferences section, switch the blue dot to Use as a Learning Diary and Nurse Revalidation dashboard and click Save:

Start using the NMC Revalidation toolkit

To start using the NMC Revalidation toolkit, select the Portfolio tab at the top of the page and follow the key steps to begin your toolkit, first of all make sure you enter your Revalidation date.
