Patient Survey Invites: How can I collect Patient feedback?

We have tried to make obtaining Patient feedback as easy as possible by providing multiple ways to collect it including:

• Sending the patient a link to complete the questionnaire via text
• Sending the patient a link to complete the questionnaire via email
• Downloading paper copies and handing them to patients yourself or via the Admin Staff at your current job posting

A little advice....

You may have to remind patients to complete the questionnaire after their consultation and hand in the completed form before they leave the surgery, as it can sometimes be a challenge to get sufficient responses.
