To create a Scope of practice entry

• Log in and click on Portfolio in the top toolbar on the Dashboard
• Click on the pink text 'not entered' 

• Populate all of the text boxes then click the pink save button at the bottom of the page once you have finished

• Once saved additional options will become available at the top of the page
