I think I might have more than one FourteenFish account

Don't worry – if you think you may have two FourteenFish accounts, the easiest thing to do is for us to merge your accounts for you.

This will combine all the information you have on both (or all) accounts, and means you will later be able to use either email address to log in with, under one password.

In order for us to merge accounts there's a couple of steps we need you to follow..

1) For security purposes we must have a message from both (or all) email addresses to verify your request to merge the accounts, sent to support@fourteenfish.com. 

• Please email from your first email address and 'cc' your second email address, then 'reply to all' from your second email address, confirming that you would like your accounts merged. This will speed up the process for the Support Team. Thank you!

2) In one or both messages, please tell us which email address you wish to be made the main email address.

The main email address is simply the address that any automated emails from our system will go to, such as payment receipts. Once the merge has been completed, you can change this at a later date if you wish.

Once we have the messages from each of your email addresses, we'll merge your accounts and email you to let you know when it is done for you!
