What should I include in my Reflection on my patient survey summary?

Reflection is a set of processes to identify what you need to change in order to be a better doctor. It is not a case of recording how you feel or listing the content of a meeting but more about what you would’ve done differently.

• Select Portfolio from across the top of the page when you are on the Dashboard.

• From here select Feedback as the type of learning you would like to view 

• This will take you to a list of all of your feedback entries along with a space to reflect on Colleague Surveys or Patient Surveys.
