Don't worry – if you think you may have two FourteenFish accounts, the easiest thing to do is for us to merge your accounts for you.
This will combine all the information you have on both (or all) accounts, and means you will later be able to use either email address to log in with, under one password.
In order for us to merge accounts there's a couple of steps we need you to follow..
1) For security purposes we must have a message from both (or all) email addresses to verify your request to merge the accounts, sent to support@fourteenfish.com.
- Please email from your first email address and 'cc' your second email address, then 'reply to all' from your second email address, confirming that you would like your accounts merged. This will speed up the process for the Support Team. Thank you!
2) In one or both messages, please tell us which email address you wish to be made the main email address.
The main email address is simply the address that any automated emails from our system will go to, such as payment receipts. Once the merge has been completed, you can change this at a later date if you wish.
Once we have the messages from each of your email addresses, we'll merge your accounts and email you to let you know when it is done for you!

I've activated my acount but now simply want to go back to the original page to see the log entry notifications etc and access the ePOs for my two trainees. It's not obvious......! :(
Hi Lesley, it sounds like you are looking for the Dashboard. We don't always include a "back" link to get back to the Dashboard but it's always visible in the header of the website...

I am TPD from Medway in Kent
I have access to 14 fish from my nhsmail account but despite attempts by my PAD and admin i cant log in to fishbase
This si compromising my ability to do my job
I have had to meet a trainee with 2 RCA failures and cant access results nor add an educators note.
I have another similar meeting in 2 days.
I also need to acess AKT results but am unable too see them so cant counsel the trainees
Please would you look into this urgently.I diid email you 2 days ago on return from my leave and have had no response

Thanks for your comments and sorry for the delay in replying to you on here.
Just so you are aware that with any queries that you have it is always best to direct these to our Support Desk at support@fourteenfish.com as we tend to see these a lot sooner but it sounds like you may have already sent one in Timothy so sorry we haven't got to that yet.
I have raised tickets off the back of your comments here and will look to replying to you today and get you all up and running with your accounts.
