Here are a few possible reasons for this ...
Perhaps you have a couple (or more!) accounts with FourteenFish?
It maybe that your Trainees are linked to a different account than the one you are logging in with. The Trainees will appear on an account with the same log in details as your RCGP account.
If you think that this might be the case, the best thing for us to do, if you would like us to, is merge these accounts so that all of your information is in one place.
To do this we will just need you to complete the following steps please:
1. Could you send an individual message from both/all your email addresses verifying you would like us to merge the accounts?
2. We would be grateful if you could let us know which email address you would like to be made as you main email address (this is where all automated emails will go to - for example password resets).
If you aren't sure if you have additional accounts, please get in touch with us here and we can have a look for you.
Perhaps your Patch Manager or Deanery Admin Team haven't linked your account to your Trainees?
If you just have the one account or have checked both accounts and still cannot see any Trainees linked to you this might be because your Deanery Team or Patch Manager have not yet linked you as this is something they take care of.
In this case please could you contact them directly to ask if this has been done but if they need any help or think they have already done this please feel free to ask them to contact us to help you with this
Has an ESR recently been signed off?
If you have just signed off a Trainee's ESR a new review period may not have been added by your Patch Manager/Deanery Admin Team yet so this is why you may no longer be linked to your Trainee.
