When you want to upload a consultation that was not completed on FourteenFish, you will need to provide the patient's phone number in the following box, in order to continue with the upload process:
You might be thinking, 'Why do you need the patients number, if you aren't contacting them?'...
To reassure you, the reason we need their phone number is so that we can store it in the eventuality that a patient asks for their recordings to be deleted. The phone number is how we can track them on our system in these scenarios.
Don't worry though - the patient's phone number is logged in an encrypted format, as we take our GDPR responsibilities very seriously!
