If you can't see the star icons on the right hand side of the consultation list, it means that your FourteenFish user account is not linked to an RCA exam booking.
There are a few situations that can cause this to happen...
1. You've got two FourteenFish accounts
You might have two FourteenFish accounts with different email addresses, and your exam booking is linked to the wrong one. We try to avoid this by asking you log into your FourteenFish account in order to link the exam booking, meaning we are not relying on FourteenFish and the RCGP having the same email address for you. However, it can still happen if you subsequently log into a different FourteenFish account.
If you think this might be the case, please contact us and we can merge your accounts for you or transfer the exam booking to the correct account.
2. You haven't actioned the exam booking email
When you booked on the RCA, you should have received an automated email from FourteenFish soon after. Follow the instructions in the email to link the booking to your account.
3. You haven't booked on the exam
If you think there is a chance that you didn't actually book on the exam then you can contact us and we can check the master list of RCA bookings from the RCGP.
