    Hi,

    thanks for the above info.

Just wanted to check regarding submission - I have starred the ones I wanted my supervisor to verify but when you look at their audit trail it states "marked for submission". Those aren't necessarily the ones I will want to submit so I'm just wondering if they have somehow been submitted accidentally as I have not clicked the "ready for exam" button? I have been starring them on the last column just to make sure I'm keeping track of the ones I'd like to send to my supervisor but have now unstarred them as not too sure about what is happening.

Look forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks

Hi Sonakshi, I'm sorry about this. The entry in the audit trail should not have been there and we have now removed these. None of your consultations have been submitted. We will be launching the functionality for you to be able to submit later on today.

    Hi Phil,

Thanks for getting back to me - was getting worried they'd somehow been submitted. Thanks for clarifying things though!

    HI Phil,

I was wondering how I would be able to edit the phone numbers on the patient details, and edit the consent information after it has been verified?

Can this be done, and re-verified? or does this consultation have to be deleted and uploaded again?

    Please help :)

Hi Hannieya – you can edit the phone number and consent details, but only before your supervisor has verified the consultation. If you want we can reverse the verification so you can edit it. Please raise a support request containing the ID of the consultation (a 5 or 6 digit number that you can find below the audit log) and we can do this for you.

Hi Qaisar – Please raise a support request with us including the name and email of your supervisor and we will look into this further. It's likely that the emails from our system are being spam filtered. Here's the link to do this: www.fourteenfish.com/contact

PS: If she is using an nhs.net address there is often a delay of about 30-60 minutes the first time we send them an email.

I note when I upload audios it takes it out of my minutes, I would like to share my recorded audios with my supervisors and if its not good delete them but this does not give me back minutes. Will it be possible to get minutes back after deleting cases as some supervisors are shielding or aren't always available  to watch videos/audios in the practice. Sharing with them makes it more flexible but this eats into my minutes.

Once a consultation has been submitted to a supervisor can you recall it?

My supervisor is on leave and unable to verify my consultations. How do i go about changing my supervisor to another GP at my practice who will do this? Do i need to change my supervisor on my RCGP portfolio as well?

Kalam – yes you can. Just click on “Manage sharing” on the consultation you want to retract and then click on the bin icon next to your supervisor’s name.

William – there is no need to change your supervisor on the RCGP portfolio. Just enter the details of your replacement supervisor in FourteenFish when you go to share the consultation. Their details will then be available for any subsequent consultations that you share.

My ST3 has sent me several links all of which pop up with the attached picture which I try to watch them. I could see my previous ST3’s recordings with no bother and other trainer in my practice can see current registrar’s and could see old registrar’s too. I’m on as ES. He’s on portfolio as a supervisor too.
I have emailed 14f Helpdesk but they are taking a week to respond to queries.

Hi Tara, I'm sorry for the delay in replying and that this wasn't working. It's now been fixed and we've sent you an email with more details.

I hope you don't mind but I deleted your screenshot from your comment above because it contained the names of a couple of your trainees. Thank you though – screenshots really help us figure out what's happening.
