If the phone number you see when you go to do a recorded video consultation is not correct, then click on your profile picture in the top-right of the page and go to My Account.
From there you can click Edit next to your phone number
Editing your phone number requires a SMS message to be sent to your old number to provide two-factor authentication.
Can't access your old phone?
If you can no longer receive SMS messages on your old number, please contact us and we will go through a secure verification process with you.

Hi Phil
I've contacted the Help Centre a couple of times yesterday and this morning. I seem to have problems verifying a new phone number (as previous phone number registered had poor signal whilst recording and dropped many times). Once verification code done, the system does not seem to allow me to record calls/videos, it keeps on taking me back to verification process again. Can you please help me with this? Really aprreciate it! Also, is this number 01794 231414 manned by anyone for the next 2 weeks?
