Your colleague survey will stay open until it meets all the RCGP requirements.
The most likely reason that you can't close your survey despite having 10 or more responses is that your Survey hasn't yet fulfilled the minimum number of Clinical respondents, which is 5.
10 respondents are needed for each MSF and this should normally be 5 clinicians and 5 non- clinicians. It is recognised that to find 5 non-clinicians in a non-primary care post might be difficult and in this situation it would be acceptable to ask more clinicians. 10 replies are the minimum number and the assessment will not count without this number. In the instance you are unable to obtain 5 Clinical and 5 Non-Clinical responses, we will require your supervisor to contact us to confirm they are happy for us to make your survey closeable.
For each MSF we would recommend asking more than 10 people to ensure you do reach the minimum number.
The Portfolio automatically sends out reminders if colleagues have not responded within 10 days of the initial invitation. Should you wish to send out additional reminders please just drop an email to support@fourteenfish.com and we can do this for you.
You will be emailed as soon as your Survey is ready to be closed.
When the survey is closed by a Trainee the Educational Supervisor (ES) will then be notified to say that the survey is closed and they will be able to review it before releasing it back to the Trainee.
