    Could the team please explain more specifically and not in generic description - example -

    1. where do I make an entry if I attended a seminar or lecture ?

    2. Where do I make an entry if I GAVE a presentation to a group of colleagues ?

    3. Where do I enter NON CLINICAL , academic entries - as - when I read something out of a journal or textbook ?

    4. Where do I enter a  "NEW PDP" ?
