The Compliance passport is an area within your Portfolio, where you can add and keep track of Mandatory training.
How do I access and log my Mandatory Training?
Your Compliance passport can be found at the bottom of the Portfolio overview page.
To access and amend this just click on Manage training.
Here you can add any additional applicable training, upload documents and certificates and share your Compliance passport. You can also add the expiry date for mandatory training, so that you can be reminded when this training is due to expire.
How to share your Compliance Passport.
It's easy to give other people, like your Practice Manager, access to your Compliance passport. You can choose to give them read-only access, or allow them to update your compliance passport on your behalf.
Note that you don't need to do this if you just want to share your Compliance passport with your Appraiser/ Supervisor.
To share your Compliance passport, click on Manage training from the Portfolio page and then go to Share your Compliance passport.
You will then be able to enter the details for the person you wish to share it with and click Invite.
