There are a couple of possible reasons for this:
Perhaps you have multiple accounts with FourteenFish?
It maybe that your Supervisor is linked to a different account to the one you are logging in with.
If you think that this might be the case the best thing for us to do, if you would like us to, is merge these accounts so that all of your information is in one place.
To do this we will just need you to complete the following steps:
1. Send an individual message from both/all your email addresses verifying you would like us to merge the accounts.
2. We would be grateful if you could let us know which email address you would like to be set as your main email address (this is where all automated emails will go to - for example, password resets).
Perhaps your Patch Manager hasn't linked your account to your Supervisor?
If you think that this may be the case, could you please contact them directly to ask them to link your Portfolio to your Supervisor. If you aren't sure who your Patch manager is, you could send an email to email@example.com letting us know your patch and we can forward you their details.
