You can make changes at anytime up until you (the appraisee) make the final sign off of the appraisal.
Please note: the appraisee needs to follow the instructions below, not the appraiser.
First of all, sign in to your account and go to Portfolio. Then click on 'Request a change or update something'.
This will open the following page which is your opportunity to tell the appraiser where you are making changes and why:
- This will reopen the Appraisal for both the Appraisee and Appraiser, when the message is sent.
- If the appraisee needs to make changes to their appraisal material they need to then click on 'Update something in my appraisal', at the top of the next page.
- The Appraisee will need to acknowledge that they have finished making changes by clicking the below message, the appraisal will then be resubmitted to the Appraiser.
At this point the Appraiser can review the changes and make any further amendments they wish to make before signing off again. You should see the following holding page while your Appraisal is sent back to your Appraiser for sign off.
