The following guide is for the doctors of working within Solent NHS Trust to access their historical patient feedback survey summaries and to perform a colleague 360 and patient feedback exercise on the FourteenFish website.
Activating your account or Forgotten password
You should have been sent an email to set your password with FourteenFish. If not then please contact us.
If you have forgotten password then there is a link to reset your password on the log in page.
Accessing historical patient surveys
We have been able to transfer patient surveys previously done using the GMC patient surveys with Solent NHS trust onto our system. This means you have peer comparisson included and can see a clear summary of your results. To access this log into the FourteenFish website and then visit the Feedback page. From here click the link to view the summary.
Performing a new Patient or Colleague feedback survey
Solent NHS Trust has funded a patient and colleague 360 feedback survey for its doctors. To start a new patient and colleague survey just visit the Feedback page then click Create new Feedback survey and the rest should be straight forward. If not or any problems please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Important: Marking your feedback survey as paid
To mark your feedback survey as paid for by Solent NHS Trust please click on the pay now prompt which will then ask you if you wish to use the Solent NHS trust feedback credit to pay for your feedback survey. Again any problems please don't hesitate to get in touch.
