In order to view your survey summary you will need to:
- Have received enough responses to your survey (minimum of 11)
- Ensure you click on Close the survey once you have received enough responses to send it to your Supervisor
- Wait for your survey to be reviewed and released by your Supervisor
Viewing Survey Responses
Once your colleagues start responding but before you close the survey, you will be able to see the number of responses you have received as well as being able to see who has / hasn't responded.
The number of responses is shown by the blue arrow below and the responder details will be highlighted in green as shown:
Once you have received 11 responses, the option to Close survey will become visible in the Progress box and, once clicked, the survey will be sent to the Supervisor who was set as the 'Colleague to receive results'.
Supervisor Review
Once you have closed your survey, it will send an email to your Supervisor and ask them to review the summary for you. They also get a notification on their FourteenFish account Dashboard page.
Whilst this happens, you will find the status of your Colleague survey will show as 'Being reviewed':
NB: Please be aware that the Supervisor will not be able to see the names of those who have responded to your survey.
Once your Supervisor has reviewed the summary, it will send the survey back to you and you'll be able to view the summary by:
- Scrolling down to the Multi-source feedback box on the right hand side of your Portfolio
- Click on Colleague feedback, (*month *year) results
NB: Please be aware that you will not be able to see the names of those who have responded to your survey in the final summary.
