This article gives an overview of how to navigate around your portfolio. When you log in the first screen you see will be the dashboard.
Dashboard
On the left hand side of the dashboard you will see notifications, including any new messages from your supervisor. On the right hand side you can see your recorded learning hours to date, and there is also quick links to see all your entries, record a new piece of CPD or access your communities.
To access your portfolio click Portfolio on the menu at the top of the page.
Portfolio
From the Portfolio overview screen you can complete tasks such as adding new entries and PDP goals, see summaries of your progress, and accessing assessments.
Learning logs
In this section you can record your reflections and add evidence.
Add a new reflection entry by clicking New entry. If you click Reflection you can see a list of your completed reflections and their status, and you can edit completed reflections from here.
Portfolio summary
From here you can access Educational Supervisor's Review (ESR) requirements,’ and also prepare for your PDP
Progress wheels show how far through you are in each of your levels. You can click each wheel to see a more detailed breakdown of this information.
Education assessments
The Education assessments section shows your completed assessments and assessments that are awaiting review. You can also request an assessment from here.
To request an assessment click the required assessment type from the list.
On the next screen you can select the assessment and then choose an existing supervisor to request your assessment from or invite a new supervisor if needed.
From the individual assessment type screens you can see your assessments of that type that are completed or are awaiting review.
Once completed you can tag the appropriate areas of the curriculum to each assessment, by accessing the completed assessment, clicking View and then Manage what is tagged in this entry.

Compliance passport
Use this section to area to attach your Form R or SOAR as a PDF.
Time out of training
You can record and view any time out of training you may have in this section.
Demographics?
This section includes the post you are in, the level you are at, your training map and settings. You can see your messages and message your supervisor from here.
The training map is a useful interactive timeline showing all of your training to date, including your ESR reports.
Please note that you must always have an active review period.
PDP
This is where you can enter your PDP goals.
From here you can create your PDP goals and then review these with your supervisor at your ESR.
Multi-source feedback
Use this section to collect Multi-Source Feedback (MSF) from your colleagues or patients.
In Collect patient feedback you can build your questionnaire and complete your self assessment. You can then the details of colleagues or patients that you wish to invite to complete the MSF questionnaire, and send out the invites from here once you have entered the required amount of invitees.
From the Multi-Source Feedback section you can also see any invites which have not yet been sent.
Educator notes
Notes from other educators such as your educational supervisor or a deanery assessor are displayed here.
