Once a survey has been created and the supervisor to receive the survey has been selected, this becomes locked.
Trainees will need to raise a ticket with FourteenFish directly to have this amended and this is done by clicking on your name (in the top right corner of the screen) and selecting 'Contact us' as shown:
Please include the following:
- Date the survey was created
- The supervisor currently set to receive results
- The new supervisor who needs to receive your results
