How do I sign off FCP1 on the MACP Portfolio?

First of all, please make sure that your Portfolio has been correctly set up - more on this here.

Where did you complete FCP1?

I completed my FCP1 Stage of Training before joining FourteenFish

1. Check those training dates

Please make sure that your training dates are set up correctly on your Training Map - see this page for further information.

2. Upload your MACP Membership

Scroll down to the Compliance passport and here you should see an 'MACP membership' field, which is where you need to upload your most up to date certificate by clicking on the option as shown below:

You can check if this has been done correctly as the MACP membership field should turn green:

3. Move to Stage 2:

Once you have added your MACP membership, you should see the below banner appear at the top of the screen advising you to Move to Stage 2:

Simply click on this and you should find you are transferred to FCP2 and the below banner will show:

I am using FourteenFish to complete my FCP1 Stage of Training:

If you are using our Portfolio to complete your FCP1 then please ensure you have completed the below tasks:

1. Make sure all the Requirements have been met

You will need to ensure that you have covered all of the curriculum requirements across the learning logs and assessments. You can see when this has been achieved as the progress wheel should show as 100%:

2. Upload your MACP Membership

Make sure you upload your MACP membership within the Compliance Passport (this is shown earlier on in this article).

3. Supervisor Review

Your supervisor will need to check through your Portfolio to ensure that all your information, including your MACP certificate, is correct.

NB: There is no formal Sign off button that the Supervisor needs to click

4. Move to Stage 2:

Once you have added your MACP membership, you should see the Move to Stage 2 banner appear at the top of the screen, which will make the transition for you.
